one of the most heard comments i’ve heard about going plastic bag free is “what will i use as a bin liner?”
if you compost all of your wet stuff, and wrap the stuff you don’t want to put into your compost (like meat scraps) in newspaper before you plonk them in – you won’t need a plastic bin liner! and if you follow the tips from ocean conservancy’s 30 day challenge, maybe you won’t need your bin much at all….
